工作職責
● Meets or exceeds individual sales target set by the company through scientific product promotion to key customers 通過向重點客戶進行科學的產(chǎn)品推廣完成公司設定的個人銷售目標
● Acts to meet customer expectations by sustaining regular contact, demonstrating proficiency in product knowledge and delivery of scientific services in order to build superior relationships with key stakeholders 通過維持經(jīng)常聯(lián)系,熟練掌握產(chǎn)品知識并提供科學服務來建立與核心利益相關者的 卓越關系做出滿足客戶期望的行動
● Organizes scientific lectures and prepares speaker contracts 組織科學講座并準備相關合同
● Organizes roundtable meetings to facilitate scientific discussions among key experts in the assigned sales area 組織圓桌會議以促進在指定銷售區(qū)域核心專家間的科學討論
● Assists the Marketing Department to promote the organization of regional meetings and assists the supervisor to complete bidding procedures and health services 協(xié)助市場部門促進地區(qū)會議的組織并協(xié)助主管完成招標程序和健康服務
● Provides accurate market information feedback and updates information in various databases, including the daily documentation of his/her activities in the CRM system 提供準確的市場信息反饋并更新包括其在CRM系統(tǒng)中活動的日常文檔在內(nèi)的不同數(shù) 據(jù)庫的信息
● Participates in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives 參加特殊項目,如:大型促銷活動,推出新產(chǎn)品和新的營銷舉措
● Ensures his/her individual actions are aligned with Bayer’s LIFE values, relevant compliance guidelines and other company regulations 確保其個人行為符合拜耳之LIFE價值觀、相關的合規(guī)政策及其他公司規(guī)定
任職要求
● University degree and above, major in Medicine 大學本科以上學歷,醫(yī)藥學專業(yè)
● Two to three years ( /-) of working experience in pharmaceutical sales 藥品銷售二至三年左右工作經(jīng)驗
● Knowledge of products, market place, and customer base 掌握產(chǎn)品、市場和客戶群相關知識
● Good business sensitivity, learning ability and sales skills 良好的業(yè)務敏感度、學習能力和銷售能力
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive 出色的溝通與人際交往能力,積極
● Ability to establish good relationships with medical experts in medical field 與醫(yī)藥領域的醫(yī)學專家建立良好關系的能力
